What is Coaching?

Coaching is partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential, which is particularly important in today’s uncertain and complex environment.

The responsibility of the coach is to:

– Discover, clarify, and align with what the client wants to achieve
– Encourage client self-discovery
– Elicit client-generated solutions and strategies
– Hold the client responsible and accountable

This process helps clients dramatically improve their outlook on work and life, while improving their leadership skills and unlocking their potential.

What are the different forms of Coaching? 

There are two forms of coaching, viz. One-on-one and Group Coaching. As the names suggest, the difference lies in the number of people receiving coaching in the session.

Group coaching is effective when all clients have similar goals to be achieved, in the broader perspective. One-on-one coaching is more concentrated on all the goals of the single client.

One-on-one coaching is highly impactful since it directly addresses the needs of a single client.

However, the impact of a group session cannot be discounted. In fact, the best, deepest and most far-reaching results are achieved when the group coaching session is followed by one-on-one sessions, rather than mere group sessions.

It is important to note that since one-on-one coaching is also about offering support to the client to achieve his or her goals, it is possible that the client wants to achieve success in more than one of the above specializations. For example, one of the goals could be assertiveness, while the second one could be career transition, and the third one could be weight-loss. Each of the goals are worked on, one after the other, depending on the priority set by the client after discussion with the coach.

Through which medium does coaching take place? 

Coaching can take place face to face, or over the telephone, or via Skype, depending on the client’s convenience.

What is the duration of coaching, per session as well as the entire contract?

The coaching contract would be made for 6 months, which includes two sessions per month, either face-to-face, over the telephone or on Skype, for 60-75 minutes.  Additional support would be available on Whatsapp, Email and Telephone, depending on the coaching package that you select.

What if I do not wish to continue with the coaching contract?

We strongly recommend that the coaching is completed and not stopped midway, so that you satisfactorily achieve your goals and live your dreams in a sustained manner. However, in such a circumstance where you do not wish to continue with coaching, the remaining coaching fee (after deducting the amount for the sessions already completed) will be refunded.
