Convert all the “I don’t want” statements to “I want” or “I have” by stating the opposite. For example, I don’t want insensitive people will change to “I enjoy the company of loving, empathetic people”. This is a powerful shift and a very important activity that paves your way into 2026!
Day 7:
We have reached the last day of the challenge! 🥳🎉 I’d invite all of you to participate in this one, irrespective of when you joined the group or how far into the challenge you’ve gotten.
This is a feel good activity, designed to affirm what 2026 is going to be like for each of us!
So, every hour (or as frequently as you like, but not everything at a time), complete this sentence:
I know that 2026 for me is ……….
You can slightly tweak the line if you wish, but keep it in present tense.
